Shanghai Luxin, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Shunho Investment Group, is a leading company in the area of coating, laminating, holo-embossing and metallizing techology in China, focusing on research & development and the manufacturing of high quality metalized paper and paperboard. In a short history of just six years, Luxin became the most innovative and competitive company in the metalizing
field with sales revenue hitting USD 80 million in 2008 and well on track to achieve USD 90 million this year.
Luxin covers an extensive area of over 42,000 square meters and has attracted around 600 talents from all fields and trades, coming from over the country and beyond, to form a warm, cordial and united Luxin family. At present, we have several production lines operating 24/7, with high efficiency and quality stability. As a foreign enterprise, we have engaged the best professionals and talents specializing in the field of technology, manufacturing, business development and management: Our far-sighted President and CEO, Mr. Wong Tan, who has engaged in paper/paperboard and tobacco business for over two decades, is a very ambitious and far-sighted leader of good business acumen and of respectable personality; We have a Senior Vice President who is the first generation of metalized experts in China; A Vice President who has been a professional sales manager for paper and metallized products for two decades and currently responsible domestic sales; A Vice President who worked in paper and paper trade for thirty years with four years working experience in the United States, thus familiar with the international paper markets and also international trade which also is the very field he is in charge of in Luxin now. All these factors, in addition to our other professional managers responsible for the company's overall operation and management, formed the strong core management team of Luxin.
The professional Research&Development team of Luxin is our strength and as such we guarantee consistent high quality, innovative products and sustainable product development in our company. We established our own Research&Technology Center in 2006 and invests a part of our annual revenue in R&D, with engineers and technicians concentrating on the research and development for new products of high-end of recyclable and reusable packaging to plus with continuous innovations and know-how on the comprehensive processing procedures of metalization technology in coating, lamination and holographic applications.
